CRSSD delivers a true city takeover experience in one of North America’s most accessible urban centers. During the day, the lush bayside Waterfront Park becomes the main stage, while the nights come alive with a plethora of after-parties spread across clubs, venues, and unique spaces throughout the city. The result is an electronic music journey carefully curated for forward-thinking enthusiasts at every twist and turn.

Ocean View Stage: British Pioneers and Chart-Toppers

The Ocean View stage welcomes legendary British electronic pioneers Underworld, whose influential productions have resonated worldwide since the early 90s, inspiring generations of artists. Joining them is Grammy-winning Australian sensation Flume, who propelled the future-bass sound to global heights and remains one of dance music’s most celebrated performers. The Ocean View curation continues with the iconic Fatboy Slim, Anjunadeep’s talented Ben Böhmer (performing live), piano-house legend LP Giobbi, the boundary-pushing R&B producer SG Lewis, and chart-toppers Elderbrook and Eliza Rose. The avant-garde is also represented by Norway’s Röyksopp and Dutch torchbearers Weval.

 

The Palms: A Destination for Upbeat Sonics

The Palms continues its legacy as a destination for vibrant and energetic beats, offering an unforgettable open-to-close party atmosphere. Headlining this stage is the British production powerhouse Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), known for anthems like ‘Where’s Your Head At’ and ‘Romeo.’ Joining the lineup is Overmono, bringing their trend-setting broken beat sound to the forefront, along with fan favorites FISHER and the dynamic duo Chris Lake b2b Cloonee, presenting the pinnacle of modern tech house flavors. The international underground circuit also takes the spotlight with standout artists such as the emotive Grammy-nominee Jayda G, ‘Baddest of Them All’ dominator Interplanetary Criminal, TSHA, and a thrilling B3B set featuring Etienne de Crecy, DJ Falcon, and Boombass.

City Steps: Showcasing Techno Excellence

City Steps remains a must-see for techno enthusiasts of all kinds, offering a consistent showcase of renowned 4/4 producers and leftfield innovators. The Fall 2023 edition boasts a stellar roster, including Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, and FJAAK (DJ Set). Exploring the dark corners of European club culture is the experimental producer HAAi, and a special back-to-back set from the always innovative Objekt and Call Super, alongside the high-voltage export Nikki Nair. Techno lovers will also witness a unique multi-generational techno affair with the collaboration of Will Clarke and DJ Minx.
