M3F Festival, formerly known as McDowell Mountain Festival, is a nonprofit two-day music festival established in 2004. Unlike most festivals of their kind, M3F donates 100% of the proceeds to charity and is entirely operated by volunteers. The strong ties to the Phoenix community are part of what makes the M3F festival so unique and fun. They’ve donated millions of dollars to Phoenix charities over the last 18 years and the festival is a great source of revenue for local downtown businesses each spring.
This all takes place on March 3rd and 4th at Margaret T. Hance Park in Phoenix and features a multi-genre lineup with the likes of Jamie XX, Polo & Pan, Hayden James, Becky Hill, and more. Outside of the music, festivalgoers will be able to take in art installations, a variety of food, and activities.
General Admission tickets are currently on sale and give you access to 3 stages, free use of the Valley Metro Light Rail System, and immersive art experiences. Vip Tickets include everything that comes with general admission, plus reserved entrance lines into the festival, access to 2 VIP viewing areas with seating, upgraded culinary options, craft cocktails (not available at the GA bars), and private air-conditioned bathrooms.
M3F has also announced the launch of its new M3F Fund. Expanding on its current charity focus, the festival has opened up funding to the public by offering an open application to non-profit or 501(c)(3) organizations that have clear objectives and a measurable way to assess progress with a primary focus on the four pillars of its organization, which are Community, Education, Arts, and Environment.
Tickets can be purchased here.
